Doe v. Confidential Car Manufacturer — $13,000,000: Settlement where our client suffered traumatic injury. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Kennedy v. Cummings — $3,859,000: Wrongful death claim. Clients were family of a man who was on a motorcycle and hit by a truck. Police investigation put our client at fault. Case was tried and lost at the El Cajon Courthouse. We filed an appeal and it was granted- the Court of appeals reversed the verdict and remanded the case back to trial court for a re-trial. At the second trial, the outcome was a $3,859,000 jury verdict. Case was tried by Guy Levy and Otto Haselhoff (lead).

Estrada v. Garcia — $2,800,000: Judgment stemming from an auto v. pedestrian collision that occurred in Tijuana. Our client was struck by a vehicle that left the scene and crossed to the United States, leaving our clients behind and injured. Our office was able to skillfully track down the driver and filed suit against them for the injuries they caused.

Koyle v. Jameson Management $2,000,000: Policy limit settlement - record breaking result stemming from a rear-end collision where our client suffered a surgical ankle fracture and soft tissue damage.

Hurley-Giddens v. Target Corporation — $1,734,167.08: Disputed liability trip and fall at Target resulting in surgical hip/pelvis fracture. Case was won through a jury verdict. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Kirkendall, P. vs. Ohly — $1,309,715: Judgment awarded in a dog bite case causing facial scarring and emotional distress to the plaintiff.

Reynoso v. Aeschliman — $1,245,000: Stemming from an incident where our client who was riding in a golf cart was hit by a car. It was a crossover workman’s comp and civil case.

Labtan V. Bill Howe Plumbing Inc. — $1,150,000: Settlement from a clear liability rear end collision with damages dispute- client had a back surgery to alleviate the pain from the accident. Carrier offered $150,000 at mediation but ultimately settled for $1,150,000 right before trial. Case was handled with co-counsel John Gomez.

Ziramba v. Trident Technologies Inc — $1,000,000: Settlement where our client was truck by a car while walking on the sidewalk. Injuries included spine and head pain. Policy limits were obtained. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Catherine Smith v. Eritrean Cab Inc. $1,000,000: Policy limit settlement where our client was a passenger in a taxi when the driver lost control of the car and hit a pole. She suffered leg fractures which required surgical intervention.

Howard, J. vs. Badger Daylighting Corp. — $875,000: Settlement from auto vs. pedestrian accident that resulted in surgical knee fracture. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Ramirez v. Center for Employment- $850,000: Settlement when our client broke her ankle while at school studying to be an electrician. Case had both a liability and damages dispute.

Briscoe v. Loery Enterprises $700,000: Settlement for a client who was rear-ended while driving. He suffered a non-surgical back injury. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Hooker, C vs. Zandiehnadem — $700,000: Settlement arising from a disputed liability accident where a taxi driver ran over Ms. Hooker's foot causing an ankle and leg fracture. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Galarpe V. McCoy — $600,000: Settlement when client was hit by a vehicle while he was crossing the street. Liability was in dispute since client was not crossing at a crosswalk. Client was hospitalized and suffered non-surgical head and spine injuries.

Ancheta v. Susan’s Transports, Inc. $450,000: Settlement from an auto collision. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Escobar, J. and Monroy, M. vs. Ortega — $356,726: Settlement arising from a disputed liability "bar fight" claim causing a fracture.

Luquis-Ortiz, F. vs. Venegas — $300,000: Policy limit settlement when drunk driver caused an accident that resulted in wrongful death.

Algeria, E. vs. Certapro Painters — $290,000: Workers' compensation maximum recovery allowed in case where decedent was electrocuted and died on the job. Defense vigorously contested amount the family was entitled to.

Graeber v. Goreman $250,000: Policy limit settlement after insurance company offered our client $4,000 prior to our representation. The claim stemmed from a vehicle v. pedestrian accident that caused a foot and knee injury.

Lamb, K. vs. Santibanez — $250,000: Policy limit settlement from a motorcycle vs. auto collision that resulted in multiple fractures to the claimant.

Larson, B. vs. Charlesworth — $250,000: Settlement from a dog bite injury to plaintiff's finger. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Bueno, P. vs. Leung — $250,000: Policy limit settlement from an auto vs. pedestrian collision that resulted in a surgical back injury, TBI and internal bleeding.
