About Andrea Nichols
Having graduated from UC Irvine with honors and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, cum laude, Andrea Nichols has served the legal community for over 20 years as a personal injury lawyer for plaintiffs, and previously an insurance defense lawyer. She has experience in mediation as well as serving in the City Attorney’s office during law school. She has long-time experience in a wide variety of legal fields including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, premises liability, animal bites, DUI, workers’ compensation, intentional and negligent torts, and general civil litigation. She puts the client at the center of every case, ensuring that their voices are heard and that their vital contributions are made. As a Elite Lawyers Award recipient, she brings unique insights to fighting insurance companies and corporations to every case. Outside the office, Andrea spends time with her husband and two wonderful children, and her extended family. She loves to ski, snowboard, hike, camp, play sports and make crafts. A strong believer in volunteer work, she currently volunteers at her church as a Eucharistic Minister and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She also formerly served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth, and was a mentor to military spouses in navigating military life, a volunteer coach for many youth sports, and a moot court judge for a local competition.
